225. Title Case the Story

Capitalise the first letter of every word in a sentence (title case). Words shorter than 3 letters keep their lowercase form, UNLESS they are the first word.

Output: "The Lord of the Rings"
Explanation: Short words (of, the) stay lowercase except the first word
